Clancy Wiggum is a clumsy Springfield Police Chief who doesn't give a damn about his job. Voiced by Hank Azaria. Wiggum is the stereotypical incarnation of an incompetent and corrupt cop prone to unhealthy obesity. Unlike many other characters who also don't always do their job hard, Clancy is well aware of his flaws, but rarely tries to fix them, most likely due to laziness. He often abuses his power, at times in violation of human rights or public safety. Wiggum often takes bribes - from a whole batch of fake jeans to dry cleaning coupons.
