Warranty & Service

1. Warranty service in the service centers

You can apply for warranty service in the official service centers of the manufacturer of the product and in our stores.

When you call the service center you have to take:

  • the merchandise with a full set;

  • original warranty card;

  • the document confirming the payment.

Warranty is for a period of 2 weeks to 36 months. Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the product upon receipt.

2. Recovery warranty card

If you have lost or damaged the warranty card from the manufacturer, you can send a request to us in the mail service@bobu.com.ua. Be sure to specify in the request your order number and attach a photo of a check and a photo of the serial number on the product.

If you do not have proof of purchase you can call our service Department: (044) 384-16-14*.

3. Where you can exchange or return the product

Conditions of return:

For a return, bring your passport, receipt and the goods in the package.

We will refund your money on the day of return or, in the absence of money in cash, not later than 7 days, if you paid for the goods through the payment system and received the order via mail couriers repayment period can be up to 30 days of the order of the Ministry of economy of Ukraine No. 103 dated 19.04.2007 of the year "On approval of Rules of sale of goods on order and outside of retail and office space"

We issue refund if:

  • the product has not been used and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs;

  • the item is fully complete and not damaged package;

  • saved all the labels and factory markings.

If the product does not work, exchange or refund of goods is made only upon the agreement of the service center authorized by the manufacturer, that the operating conditions are not violated.

4. Delivery and return of clothes and shoes

Return

If an item you do not like or does not fit, you can issue a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return if product has traces of use, has lost its presentation, if there are no labels in clothes and the box of shoes. Also not subject to return underwear, swimwear and hosiery. For this at checkout, select the delivery method "Pickup from our stores." All shops are equipped with spacious fitting rooms for your comfort.

When referring to the Seller with a claim or refund in the cases established by the Law of Ukraine "On protection of consumer rights", the Buyer needs to provide:

  • clean shoes Packed in a branded box;

  • all parts;

  • proof of purchase.

Can I try on clothes and shoes before the payment?

Yes, if you chose pickup from our stores. In this case, you can try on clothes and shoes before making payment.

Unfortunately, when ordering through a delivery service and in the offices of "Novaya Pochta, Ukrpochta, Justin", the opportunity to try on clothes and shoes at the time of receipt of the order no. You can try buying a house and if you do not fit the size, return it to our store.

Can I refuse not coming up of the goods by mail?

In case you have selected a payment method card or cash on delivery you can refuse the entire order. A partial refund is not possible. In case you want to opt out of some, you need to pay for the entire order and then refund request through the service.

Is it possible the fitting when delivered by courier?

Delivery by the courier is carried out to the entrance, but you can try on shoes and clothes, if you wish. In the case of payment in cash you can withdraw from positions that you did not come. In the case of card payment a partial refund of the order with the courier impossible, but you can return the item by contacting the service.

5. In some cases, the warranty is

A service center may deny warranty repairs if:

  • broken safety warranty seals;

  • has mechanical or other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;

  • violated the rules of use set out in the operational documents;

  • was made unauthorized opening, repair or changed internal communications and components of the product, changed the design or scheme of goods;

  • incorrectly filled warranty card;

  • the serial or IMEI number, in-memory products, altered, erased, or cannot be installed.

The warranty does not apply to the following faults:

  • normal wear and tear or exhaustion of the resource;

  • accidental damage caused by customer or damage due to neglect or use (exposure to liquids, dust, ingestion of foreign objects, etc.);

  • damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);

  • damage caused by accidental raising or lowering of the mains voltage or improper connection to the grid;

  • damage caused by defects in the system, which was used in this product, or arising out of the connection and connect the device with other products;

  • damage caused by using the goods for other purposes or in violation of the operating rules;

  • software that is not included in the products;

  • the safety of the information on the hard disk.

Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Food products, medicines and items of sanitation.

  • Jewelry of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic origin and semiprecious stones.

  • Individual food items: sewing and knitted products, perfumery and cosmetic products, parlavo-the garments, baby toys, toothbrushes, gloves, tissues, underwear, hosiery, goods for babies, tools for manicure and pedicure.

6. How to return an item
