“Rockstar Games” gained fame for its games calling for violence and cruelty, vivid examples of such games are: Grand Theft Auto, The Warriors, The Bully, Max Payne and Manhunt. Founded in 1998, the company includes several divisions, including Rockstar North (formerly DMA Design Limited), based in Scotland. Rockstar North is known as the developer of the Grand Theft Auto game series.
