MSI (Micro-Star International Co.) was founded in 1986. She owns her own production facilities, and is also one of the leaders in the IT market and electronics.

The history of MSI began in the mid-80s in Taiwan, when former managers of the Japanese corporation Sony decided to open their own business. At their disposal was one million dollars, which was given by investors on the condition that in a year this money should not only pay off, but also make a profit. The natives of Sony called their brainchild Micro Star International or MSI for short. However, not a year or two later, the company was not able to work out the money invested in it, and there was no question of profit. It is worth noting that, for the happiness of the creators of MSI, investors came across patient ones - financing continued, despite the losses. In the end, investments began to pay off - MSI began to gradually increase sales of its motherboards. Thus was launched one of the leading IT companies in Asia.
