Jazwares

Jazwares LLC is a company for the development, manufacture and sale of toys. Headquartered in Sunrise (Florida), founded in 1997. It produces toys and electronics under local and well-known global brands such as Minecraft, Roblox, Peppa Pig. Famous own brand since 2017 - Fingerlings.

In July 2014, the Alleghany Capital Corporation group of companies acquired a stake in Jazwares, and in April 2016, it acquired a controlling stake for the purpose of investing, without intent to influence the activities of Jazwares. In February 2018, Jazwares LLC acquired a controlling interest in Zag Toys, a division of Zacks Enterprises, Inc. (dba Zagwear), a leader in the field of collecting, specializing in licensing, design and search for innovative products and trending toys. In May 2018, the company also acquired the brands Russ Berrie and Applause
